In last year's pathway to bridge the gap between research and practice, we covered the fundamentals of training design and evaluation. This year, the ATD Las Vegas Chapter SIG will host bi-monthly series on applying what was learned with the goal of building a Community of Practice, so you are actively involved in creating this year's SIG. Check out the roadmap above for dates/time of our meetings.
We will discuss and practice 5 key themes. You can also bring on your cases related to your current or future work/project to receive feedback on, or simply present your thoughts or use cases.
