Join ATD Greater Las Vegas where Lei Comerford will introduce us to Hermann's Who Brain Model and four unique thinking styles. You will have the opportunity to identify which is most dominant for you and learn how to pick up on cluse that others give off.
This session offers you the ability to improve your own self-awareness and begin working more effectively and efficiently with other when you implement these new skills.

Lei is a master facilitator, certified in a variety of assessment tools, holds the PCC accreditation from International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer.
She is known as a thought partner and has a passion for help other reach beyond their goals through self-awareness with an objective to empower effectiveness and engagement with each client.
Lei currently an ATD Nashville Board Member, mentors through the Vanderbilt University Women in Business Program, and give back through the Humanitarian Coaches Network.
