AI and ChatGPT... How does it work? How should we, as Talent Development Professionals use it? How will it change our career field? These questions and others will be answered when Stan Skrabut speaks to us on this topic. 

We will focus on three major topics:

• What is ChatGPT and how it works
• How to use ChatGPT to support your Talent Development Initiatives
• Examples of how ChatGPT has been used and is being used in the Talent Development Space.

If you are needing CEUs to recertify as APTD/CPTD, you are eligible to receive 1 credit.

Stan is a resident of Rhode Island, where he lives with his wife and two dogs.  In addition, he's lived in central Europe and Turkey, along with being stationed in the Air Force at Nellis AFB, here in Las Vegas.
